1. General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the twtms platform and its users ("you" or "player"). By using our services through the twtms website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

twtms is a secure and reliable online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. We provide services under SSL encryption and a fair play policy. Our goal is to give every player a safe, transparent, and entertaining experience.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Rules

• Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and funds may be forfeited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential.
• You are personally responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
• If any account information changes, twtms must be notified immediately.
• Transferring or selling an account to any third party is prohibited.

3.2 Identity Verification

twtms may request documentation from players to verify identity at any time. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

4. Age Restrictions

twtms is operated exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

If an underage individual creates an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all funds in that account will be forfeited. twtms makes no exceptions on this matter.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on twtms are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The detailed terms for deposits and withdrawals are given below:

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method and to the same account used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If identity verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

twtms offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after ৳15,000 has been wagered.
• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per player.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Using fraudulent methods to earn bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• twtms reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Once a bonus has expired, it can no longer be used.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to ensure that betting and gaming activities on twtms are conducted fairly and transparently:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, although twtms reserves the right to do so in special circumstances.
• twtms reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Exploiting a guaranteed outcome through multiple bets ("arbitrage" or "sure betting") is prohibited.
• In sports betting, twtms only offers markets on valid and active events. If an event is cancelled or suspended, decisions regarding the related bets will be made in accordance with twtms's own policy.
• Gaming outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) process, which ensures fair play.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the twtms platform:

• Assisting minors in opening an account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting any form of hacking, spreading viruses, or breaching system security.
• Using software, bots, or other automated methods to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Depositing from a third-party account or withdrawing to a third-party account.
• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other players or twtms staff.

If any of the above activities are engaged in, twtms may close the account and forfeit the funds without prior notice.

9. Account Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be returned.

9.2 Closure by twtms

twtms may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Being identified as an underage player.
• Extended period of inactivity.

10. Limitation of Liability

twtms makes every effort to provide services safely and without interruption. However, twtms is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or gaming session is disrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• If a transaction is delayed due to issues with third-party software or a payment gateway.
• For losses arising from a player's negligence or failure to comply with the Terms.
• For temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected technical errors or system upgrades.

11. Privacy

12. Changes to Terms
